These one-on-one sessions offer personalized guidance based on your body, history, and goals. Sessions move at a steady, thoughtful pace and may include movement, strength work, rest practices, and education.

There is no pressure to push, perform, or progress before you’re ready. The focus is on clear instruction, appropriate pacing, and helping you rebuild confidence and trust in your body over time.

A nutritional wellness scan and consultation designed to better understand oxidative stress, nutritional patterns, and areas of support. This session is informational and does not replace medical care or diagnosis.

One Hour Individual Session

A single one-hour one-on-one session offering focused, individualized support, with or without a prior foundational assessment. Foundational Assessment is recommended, but not required.

Foundational Assessment

A one-on-one foundational assessment and goal-setting session to better understand your body, movement history, and current needs. This session is offered as a single appointment and does not require ongoing commitment.
